I am 35 years old and unfit…………. taking on the London marathon in memory of my sister, Eva, who died from alcoholism aged 24. Aside from trying to raise money for Addaction to try and support people with addiction and their loved ones, I am trying to learn more about addiction. I lived with it as part of my daily life for so long, but still understand nothing about it. I would like to try and change perceptions of it, and following the Mental Health Marathon last year I feel that there’s no better time.
